Help Bukhtiar Baloch stay safe in the UK

This page was set up by Bakhtiar Baloch’s friends in the Uk to support him to pay for his solicitor to challenge Home Office’s decision. Bakhtiar is in a huge risk of deportation by Home Office. His asylum claim has been rejected with no right to appeal. He has been granted no right to appeal by Home Office which is extremely dangerous for vulnerable asylum seekers and against the law.

My name is Bakhtiar. I need your support to stay safe in the UK. I am 39 years old asylum seeker in the UK. I am a human rights and political activist from Balochistan. I came from east Balochistan which is under Pakistani occupation. For many years I have been involved in political and human rights activities in Balochistan, because of this, I have directly been targeted by Pakistani military and intelligence agencies. I have recieved multiple death threats, harrased and stalked by the Pakistani authority. In 2014 my family house were completely destroyed and burned down by the Pakisatani military during a raid.
Several of close family members of mine were killed for the same reason, only just for raising our voice against the Pakistani attrocities in Balochistan. I was very fortunate to escape and fled to Oman. Not many of us get this chance of servival. in February 2025, I entered in the Uk as an asylum seeker, hoped to finally live somewhere safe. The situation of my home land (Balochistan) is getting worse day by day. As a Baloch and known activist, returning to Pakistan would be incredibly dangerous for me. I have no doubt that I will be abducted and killed if I will be deported.
In November 2024, one of my cousin was abducted and later his mutilated body was found by his family. This is happening with Baloch people on daily basis.
I tried to get legal aid, but legal aid was stopped for me because I have been granted no right to appeal. Most solicitors did not take my case. Recently one solicitor agreed to help me, but he quoted £2,250 for the overall cost. I can not pay the amount myself. My friends encouraged me to start a crowdfunding.
I have lived most of life under fear, witnessed death, abduction, injustice in Balochistan. I chose peaceful activism to depend the rights of my people. The decision from Home Office hit me alot mentally and emotionally.
I need your support to fight for my right and safety in the UK. Any help you can offer mean a lot for me. Please do not let me to be deported in Pakistan. Your support can defeat this inhumane act. I appreciate all of your support.
